create a standard account.
If you voluntarily include sensitive information in a profile, post, comment, group, or message,

appropriate permission.

How We Collect Information
We collect information through the following methods:
- Directly from you: when you register, complete your profile, create content,
send messages, make a purchase, contact support, respond to a survey, or submit a report.
- Automatically: when your browser or device interacts with the Service,
including through server logs, cookies, session storage, security systems, and analytics tools.
- From other members: when someone connects with you, tags you, mentions you,
sends you a message, uploads content involving you, or reports an interaction.
- From vendors and integrations: such as hosting, email delivery, security,
analytics, payment, authentication, or content-delivery providers.
- From lawful public or professional sources: when reasonably necessary to
investigate fraud, impersonation, safety concerns, intellectual-property complaints, or legal
claims.
5
How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information for the following purposes:
- Create, maintain, authenticate, and personalize accounts.
- Display profiles, posts, comments, reactions, groups, events, and other social features
according to selected settings.
- Deliver messages, notifications, emails, and requested communications.
- Suggest people, groups, content, or features that may be relevant based on activity and settings.
- Process memberships, purchases, refunds, and transaction records.
- Provide customer support and respond to privacy, safety, and technical requests.
- Detect spam, fraud, scams, account compromise, harassment, dangerous conduct, malware, and
violations of our Terms.

- Comply with law, valid legal process, regulatory requirements, and enforceable government requests.
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and protect ClearMorrow’s rights and property.
- Complete a merger, financing, restructuring, sale, or transfer involving all or part of the Service.
We may also use information for another purpose disclosed when it is collected or with your consent.
6
Public Areas and Social Features
ClearMorrow is a social network. Some information is intended to be shared with other people.
The audience depends on the feature, your settings, group rules, and the status of your account.
- Public profiles or posts may be viewable by anyone, including people without an account and
search engines where indexing is enabled.
- Member-only content may be visible to signed-in users.
- Group content may be visible to group members, administrators, moderators, or a broader audience
depending on whether the group is public, private, or restricted.
- Direct messages are intended for selected recipients, but you should not assume they are
end-to-end encrypted unless ClearMorrow expressly states that a particular feature uses such encryption.
- Deleted content may continue to appear in screenshots, quoted replies, reshared posts, recipient
inboxes, moderator records, backups, or search-engine caches outside our control.
Review audience indicators before posting and use blocking, reporting, and privacy controls when available.
7
Cookies and Similar Technologies
ClearMorrow and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, session storage, pixels,
software development kits, and similar technologies to operate and understand the Service.
Types of technologies we may use
- Strictly necessary: sign-in, account security, load balancing, fraud prevention,
session continuity, and preference storage.
- Functional: language, appearance, accessibility, media, and convenience features.
- Analytics: understanding traffic, feature use, errors, and performance.
- Advertising or measurement: only if ClearMorrow later enables advertising or
third-party campaign measurement, in which case applicable notices and choices will be provided.
You can control some cookies through browser settings and any cookie-management tool made
available on the Service. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or other features from working.
8
Recommendations, Ranking, and Inferences
We may use account information, connections, group membership, interactions, content engagement,
language, approximate location, and similar signals to organize feeds, recommend content, suggest
connections, detect spam, and improve relevance.
These systems may generate inferences about interests or likely preferences. ClearMorrow does
not use such inferences to make decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, medical
treatment, or other similarly significant services.
Where required by law, we will provide information or controls concerning qualifying profiling
or automated decision-making activities.
9
How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
- At your direction: to the audience you select, people you message, groups you
join, or third-party services you choose to connect.
- To other users: as necessary for profiles, feeds, messages, comments, tags,
connections, group participation, events, reactions, and similar social features.
- To service providers: companies that provide hosting, storage, content delivery,
security, email, analytics, support, authentication, payment processing, and technical operations.
They may process information only for contracted purposes and subject to appropriate obligations.
- For safety and enforcement: when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse,
fraud, threats, exploitation, account compromise, or violations of our rules.
- For legal reasons: to comply with law, court orders, subpoenas, warrants, valid
government requests, regulatory duties, or to establish or defend legal claims.
- To protect rights and safety: when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary
to protect a person from serious harm, protect the Service, prevent fraud, or preserve evidence.
- During a business transaction: in connection with financing, due diligence,
merger, acquisition, restructuring, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.
- With consent: for another purpose you authorize.
We may disclose aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you,
subject to applicable law.
10
Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
ClearMorrow does not sell personal information for monetary payment. At the time this Policy is
posted, ClearMorrow does not intentionally share personal information for cross-context behavioral
advertising.
Some privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly and may treat certain advertising,
analytics, or cookie activities as regulated disclosures even when no money changes hands. If
ClearMorrow introduces practices that qualify as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under
applicable law, we will update this Policy and provide required opt-out controls.
installing advertising, retargeting, social-media pixels, or analytics tools that use data for their
own cross-site purposes.
11
Payments and Memberships
If paid features are offered, transactions may be processed by a third-party payment provider.
The provider may collect your name, billing address, payment-card or bank information, and other
details necessary to process the transaction under its own privacy policy.
ClearMorrow may receive limited records such as transaction identifiers, payment status,
membership level, billing country, refund status, and the last digits or type of a payment method.
We generally do not store full payment-card numbers or security codes.
12
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes
described in this Policy, including providing the Service, maintaining security, resolving disputes,
enforcing agreements, and complying with legal obligations.
Retention periods vary based on the type of information and may consider:
- Whether your account remains active.
- The amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information.
- The purpose for which it was collected and whether that purpose can be achieved another way.
- Safety, fraud, abuse-prevention, and security needs.
- Legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, and recordkeeping requirements.
- The need to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Account content may be deleted or de-identified after account deletion, but limited records may
remain in backups, security logs, moderation files, legal holds, transaction records, or content
retained by other users. Backups are removed or overwritten according to normal backup cycles.
13
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal
information. Depending on the system, safeguards may include access controls, password hashing,
transport encryption, backups, logging, monitoring, software updates, vendor controls, and limits
on administrative access.
No website, network, database, or transmission method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee
that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure will never occur.
How you can help
- Use a unique password and do not reuse it on other services.
- Keep your email account secure because it may be used for password resets.
- Do not share login credentials or verification codes.
- Sign out of shared devices and keep software updated.
- Report suspicious messages, impersonation, or unauthorized access promptly.
14
Security Incidents and Notifications
If we discover a security incident involving personal information, we will investigate and take
reasonable steps to contain and address it. We will notify affected individuals, regulators, law
enforcement, or other parties when and as required by applicable law.
Notices may be delivered by email, an in-service message, a website notice, postal mail, or
another method permitted by law. Keep your account contact information current so we can reach you.
15
Your Choices and Account Controls
Depending on available features, you may be able to:
- Edit profile information and choose profile or post audiences.
- Manage email and notification preferences.
- Leave groups, remove connections, unfollow accounts, or delete content.
- Block or report other members.
- Control certain cookies through browser or consent settings.
- Download or request a copy of certain account information.
- Deactivate or request deletion of your account.
Some service, safety, legal, and account communications are necessary and cannot be disabled
while you maintain an account.
16
Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and whether a privacy law applies to ClearMorrow, you may have rights
to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information.
- Access or obtain a portable copy of certain information.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Opt out of qualifying sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling.
- Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information.
- Withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.
- Appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.
- Receive equal service and not be unlawfully discriminated against for exercising a right.
These rights are not absolute. We may deny or limit a request when we cannot verify identity, an
exception applies, the request is fraudulent or excessive, disclosure would harm another person’s
rights, or retention is required for security, legal compliance, transactions, or legal claims.
17
Submitting and Verifying a Privacy Request
Submit a request through the ClearMorrow Contact page and select or clearly write
Privacy Request. Describe the right you wish to exercise and identify the account
or email address involved.
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify that you are the account holder or an
authorized representative. Verification may include confirming access to the account or email,
answering account-related questions, or providing signed authorization. Do not send government
identification unless we specifically request it through a secure method.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law. When permitted, we may extend the
response period and will explain the reason. Requests are generally free, but we may charge a
reasonable fee or decline requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive where law allows.
18
U.S. State-Specific Disclosures
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, subject to the
law’s scope, thresholds, definitions, and exceptions. These may include access, correction,
deletion, portability, opt-out, sensitive-data, appeal, and non-discrimination rights.
Maryland residents
Where the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act applies, Maryland consumers may exercise applicable
rights through the request process above. If we deny a qualifying request, you may submit an appeal
by replying to the decision or submitting a new request labeled Privacy Appeal.
California residents
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, California residents may have rights to know,
access, correct, delete, opt out of qualifying sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive
personal information, and receive equal treatment. ClearMorrow does not offer financial incentives
for personal information unless a separate notice explains the material terms.
Other states
Residents of other states may submit requests through the same process. We will apply the rights
and timelines required by the law that applies to the request.
19
Authorized Agents and Appeals
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request where permitted by law. We may require proof
that you gave the agent signed permission and may still ask you to verify your identity directly.
A valid power of attorney may satisfy separate requirements under applicable law.
If your request is denied and applicable law provides an appeal right, submit a
Privacy Appeal through the Contact page within 60 days of the decision. Include the
original request date and a short explanation of why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.
20
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Some browsers can transmit a Global Privacy Control or another opt-out preference signal.
Where legally required and technically detectable, ClearMorrow will treat a recognized signal as a
request to opt out of qualifying sale or sharing for the browser or device that sends it.
Because there is not a single universally accepted standard for older “Do Not Track” signals,
ClearMorrow may not respond to those signals unless required by law. You can still use the privacy
request process and available cookie controls.
21
Children and Age Restrictions
ClearMorrow is intended only for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly permit children
under 18 to create accounts, and the Service is not directed to children under 13.
If we learn that an underage person created an account or that we collected personal information
from a child in a manner not permitted by law, we may suspend the account and delete the
information. A parent or legal guardian who believes a child provided information should contact
us through the ClearMorrow Contact page with the subject Underage Account.
22
International Users and Data Transfers
ClearMorrow is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from another country,
your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other
countries where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the
laws where you live.
Where required, we will use an appropriate transfer mechanism or contractual protection. Users
in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar jurisdictions may also have rights to
object, restrict processing, withdraw consent, complain to a supervisory authority, and request
information about applicable transfer safeguards.
23
Third-Party Links, Embeds, and Integrations
The Service may contain links to or embedded content from other websites, social networks,
video services, maps, payment providers, or applications. Those third parties may collect
information directly from your browser or account and are governed by their own privacy policies.
ClearMorrow does not control and is not responsible for third-party privacy, security, content,
or data practices. Review their policies before providing information or enabling an integration.
24
Account Deactivation and Deletion
You may use available account settings or the Contact page to request deactivation or deletion.
Before deletion, we may require identity verification and may provide an opportunity to download
certain information.
Deleting an account generally removes or de-identifies the active profile and content controlled
by that account, subject to:
- Information other users independently posted, copied, quoted, or reshared.
- Messages retained in recipient inboxes or safety records.
- Transaction, tax, security, fraud-prevention, moderation, and legal records.
- Backups that are overwritten through normal retention cycles.
- Information we must retain to comply with law or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
25
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect new features, technologies, vendors, legal requirements, or
business practices. The “Effective date” at the top shows when the current version became effective.
If a change is material, we may provide additional notice by email, account notification,
website banner, or another reasonable method before or when the change takes effect. Continued use
after the effective date means the updated Policy applies to future use, subject to any consent
requirements under applicable law.
